Why We Like It: Grapes from four noble varieties are hand-harvested and undergo extended maturation on the lees resulting in a full-bodied and textured sparkling wine. This cremant is doubly certified by INAO (Institut National de l'Origine et  de la Qualite) and is Ecocert certified. 

Grape Varietals: Blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay, Aligote and Chardonnay

Tasting Notes: Crisp pear, mirabelle plum and peach, underscored by refreshing mineral notes.
