Why We Like It: The Glera grapes in this cuvee grow on the steepest slopes, the conditions for hand-harvesting and good soil drainage. Excellent fruit forwardness with good malic acid concentrations make this a rich and creamy prosecco at an extremely friendly price.

Tasting Notes: Brilliant straw yellow color; perlage (i.e. the bubbles) extremely fine and lively. Intense and fresh nose of citrus fruits and saline sensations. Fruit-forward, refreshing sip.
