Why We Like It: This is a Grower Champagne from sustainably-farmed vineyards. All processes are conducted directly at the vineyard, from harvest, to winemaking to bottling.
Grape Varietals: 40% Pinot Blanc, 35% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Munier, 10% Chardonnay
Tasting Notes: Lemon and green apple fruitiness, white flower, orange blossom, and a panoply of white fruits. Secondary flavors of toast, almonds and cookie. Excellent by itself, but try to enjoy it with a lobster tail for a truly remarkable experience.
